1. 서비스 내용

포토몬(이하 "서비스")은 이용자가 올린 사진을 나라별 증명사진 규격에 맞게 변환하고, 프로필 사진·수료증·사원증 등의 문서를 만들어 내려받을 수 있게 하는 웹 도구입니다. 설치나 별도 프로그램 없이 웹브라우저에서 이용합니다.

2. 계정

  • 계정은 이메일 주소만으로 만들어집니다. 비밀번호는 없으며, 메일로 받은 1회용 링크로 로그인합니다.
  • 로그인 링크와 세션은 본인만 사용해야 합니다. 타인에게 전달해 발생한 문제는 이용자 책임입니다.
  • 한 조직에서 여러 담당자가 쓰실 경우, 조직 대표 이메일로 계정을 만들어 공유하시길 권합니다.

3. 크레딧

  • 크레딧은 서비스 이용을 위한 선불 이용권이며, 법정 통화나 전자화폐가 아닙니다.
  • 산출물 1개당 1크레딧이 차감됩니다. AI 사진 변환 1장, 증서 1장, 카드 1장이 각각 1개입니다. 여러 명을 한 번에 만드시면 인원수만큼 차감됩니다.
  • 크레딧에는 유효기간이 없습니다.
  • 크레딧은 타인에게 양도하거나 현금으로 교환할 수 없습니다. 환불은 별도의 환불정책을 따릅니다.
  • 가격과 지급 수량은 결제 시점에 표시된 내용을 따릅니다.
  • 무료 이용 한도는 서비스 보호를 위한 것으로, 사전 고지 없이 조정될 수 있습니다.

4. 이용자의 의무

다음 행위를 금지합니다.

  • 본인이 권리를 갖지 않은 타인의 사진을 동의 없이 올리는 행위
  • 여권·비자·주민등록증·운전면허증·영주권 등 정부 발행 신분증 또는 그에 준하는 공문서를 위조·변조하거나 그렇게 보이도록 만드는 행위
  • 기자증·경찰증 등 신분을 사칭할 수 있는 증표를 만드는 행위
  • 실제로 부여받지 않은 자격·수료·소속을 증명하는 문서를 만들어 타인을 속이는 행위
  • 타인의 명예를 훼손하거나 성적 수치심을 유발하는 이미지를 만드는 행위
  • 자동화 도구로 과도한 요청을 보내거나 이용 한도를 우회하는 행위

위 행위가 확인되면 사전 통지 없이 계정 이용을 정지할 수 있으며, 이 경우 남은 크레딧은 환불되지 않습니다. 서비스는 증명사진·사원증·수료증 등 발급 주체가 이용자 본인 또는 소속 기관인 문서를 위한 도구입니다.

5. 결과물의 권리

  • 이용자가 올린 원본 사진의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
  • 서비스가 만들어 낸 결과물은 이용자가 자유롭게 사용·인쇄·배포하실 수 있습니다.
  • 운영자는 이용자의 사진이나 결과물을 홍보에 사용하지 않습니다.

6. AI 결과물에 대한 안내

AI 변환 결과는 기계가 만든 추정입니다. 실물과 다를 수 있고, 관공서나 시험기관의 규격 심사를 반드시 통과한다고 보장하지 않습니다. 제출 전 해당 기관의 요건을 확인해 주세요. 헤어 시뮬레이션 결과는 실제 시술 결과와 다를 수 있습니다.

7. 서비스의 변경과 중단

기능 개선이나 기술적 필요에 따라 서비스 내용이 변경될 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료하는 경우 최소 30일 전에 공지하고, 미사용 크레딧은 환불정책에 따라 처리합니다.

8. 책임의 한계

  • 서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다.
  • 천재지변, AI·결제·호스팅 등 외부 업체의 장애 등 운영자의 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 장애에는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  • 운영자의 배상 책임은 문제가 발생한 시점을 기준으로 이용자가 최근 12개월간 실제로 결제한 금액을 넘지 않습니다.
  • 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해에는 위 제한이 적용되지 않습니다.

9. 준거법과 분쟁

본 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 협의로 해결하며, 해결되지 않을 경우 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

10. 약관의 변경

약관이 변경되면 이 페이지에 공지합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행 30일 전에 알려 드리며, 동의하지 않으실 경우 이용을 중단하고 미사용 크레딧 환불을 요청하실 수 있습니다.

Terms of Service

1. What the service does

PhotoMon (the "Service") is a web tool that converts photos you upload into ID-photo formats for different countries, and produces documents such as profile photos, certificates and staff cards. It runs in your browser with nothing to install.

2. Accounts

  • An account is created with an email address only. There is no password; you sign in with a one-time link.
  • Sign-in links and sessions are for you alone. You are responsible for what happens if you pass them on.
  • If several colleagues share an account, we suggest registering with a shared team address.

3. Credits

  • Credits are a prepaid entitlement to use the Service. They are not currency or e-money.
  • One credit per output. One AI photo conversion, one certificate, or one card each count as one output. Producing a batch deducts one credit per person.
  • Credits do not expire.
  • Credits cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash. Refunds follow the separate Refund Policy.
  • Prices and credit amounts are those shown at the time of purchase.
  • Free-tier limits exist to protect the Service and may be adjusted without prior notice.

4. Your obligations

You must not:

  • upload photos of other people that you have no right to use, without their consent;
  • forge, alter or imitate government-issued identity documents such as passports, visas, national ID cards, driving licences or residence permits;
  • produce press passes, police credentials or similar items usable to impersonate a role;
  • create documents claiming qualifications, completions or affiliations that were not actually granted, in order to deceive;
  • create images that defame a person or are sexually degrading;
  • send excessive automated requests or circumvent usage limits.

We may suspend an account without prior notice if we find such use, and remaining credits are not refunded in that case. The Service is a tool for documents issued by you or your own organisation, such as ID photos, staff cards and certificates.

5. Rights in the output

  • You keep the rights to the photos you upload.
  • You may freely use, print and distribute what the Service produces for you.
  • We do not use your photos or outputs in our marketing.

6. About AI results

AI output is a machine-generated estimate. It may differ from reality, and we do not guarantee acceptance by any government office or examination body. Please check the requirements of the receiving institution before you submit. Hairstyle simulations may differ from the actual result of a salon service.

7. Changes and discontinuation

Features may change as the Service improves. If we discontinue the Service we will give at least 30 days' notice and handle unused credits under the Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

  • The Service is provided "as is".
  • We are not liable for interruptions outside our control, including failures of AI, payment or hosting providers.
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid in the 12 months before the issue arose.
  • These limits do not apply to damage caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will try to resolve disputes by discussion first; failing that, the competent court under Korean civil procedure will have jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these Terms

We post changes on this page. Changes unfavourable to users are announced 30 days in advance; if you disagree, you may stop using the Service and request a refund of unused credits.
